Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead projects within a specific geography or practice area. You will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle whether internal, outsourced, or customer,funded bridging the gap between multiple disciplines, departments, and global development centers. The ideal candidate ensures that all project deliverables meet strict quality, security, and time frame metrics while maintaining alignment with the Landmark Lifecycle methodology.
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
• Project Execution: Manage internal, outsourced, or customer-funded projects across multiple disciplines, departments, or development centers within a specific geography or practice area.
• Solution & Schedule Management: Develop cost-effective scheduling solutions, evaluate alternatives, and ensure project acceptance meets defined time frame, quality, and security metrics.
• Compliance: Ensure all projects comply strictly with Landmark Project Management policies and procedures
Stakeholder & Team Leadership:
Collaboration: Partner with clients and project sponsors to confirm and finalize requirements.
Communication: Proactively identify potential objections or problems, and keep management informed regarding any changes to scope or schedule.
Mentorship: Actively coach team members in project management best practices and objection handling techniques.
Qualifications
Accredited mud school certification is required
mud engineering: 3 years (Required)
Driver’s License (Required)
South Texas and East Texas (Haynesville) is a plus
